For most property teams, yes. Push-to-talk runs over Wi-Fi and cellular data, so a tech at one building can talk to a manager at another. Check below-grade spaces during your trial.
Yes. Create a channel for each building or site, add the people who work there, and give managers access to all of them.
TalkBeam needs Wi-Fi or cellular data. If a basement has neither, phones can’t talk there until they reconnect, so add Wi-Fi to those spaces or keep a radio for them.
Yes. Add them from the company console, put them on the channels they need, and remove them when the job is done.
Every transmission is transcribed with the time and the speaker. Enterprise adds retention settings and CSV export.
