For most guard and patrol work, yes. Officers talk push-to-talk over cellular data or Wi-Fi, so range isn’t limited by a repeater, and supervisors can hear every post. Test coverage in basements, parking garages and stairwells during your trial; where there’s no signal at all, a radio still has a place.
Yes. Create a channel per site or per client, add the officers who work there, and give supervisors access to all of them.
On Enterprise, you set the interval. TalkBeam asks the officer “Are you OK?”, and if they don’t answer, a supervisor is alerted with their last location.
