A mid-size city’s streets division runs plow, salt and fleet channels on TalkBeam Enterprise. The city’s P25 system stays in place for emergencies.
When a resident calls about their street, the supervisor searches “Hillcrest” and sees when it was plowed.

People working alone get an “Are you OK?” check-in on your schedule. A missed check-in escalates to a supervisor.
When a phone detects a crash or a fall with no movement and nobody answers “Are you OK?”, supervisors get an alert with the location.
Every transmission becomes text with a time and a name, so anyone can scroll back or search what was said.
Choose how long transcripts are kept, and export them as CSV for QA, incident reviews or claims.

No. TalkBeam complements your mission-critical radios. Keep emergency and interoperability traffic on your radio system; TalkBeam depends on cellular data or Wi-Fi and isn’t a public-safety radio system.
